Titanic Brewery Rewards Card Loyalty Scheme:
Terms and Conditions
Titanic Brewery Co Limited (Company Registration Number: 4771970) of 3-4 Callendar Place, Lingard Street, Burslem, Stoke on Trent, ST6 1JL operates two loyalty card schemes as outlined below (each a “Card Scheme” and together the “Card Schemes”):
Titanic Brewery Standard Rewards Card (“Standard Card”); and
The First Class Rewards Card (“First Class Card.”)
Reference to “Cards” or “Card” for the purposes of these terms and conditions shall mean the physical and/or digital reward card for both Card Schemes.
We may refer to Titanic Brewery Co Limited in these terms and conditions as “Titanic Brewery”, “we”, “our” or “us”. We may refer to you in these terms and conditions as “you”, “your” and “Cardholder”.
These terms and conditions below apply to the use of the Card Schemes for the collection and redemption of reward points at Titanic pubs and bods café bars see https://www.titanicbrewery.co.uk/our-pubs/ for a full list of the locations.
Use of either Card Scheme card will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply from time to time, for example to govern any Cardholder competitions, prize draws or additional benefits that we may offer. If you decide to participate in in any of these additional elements, you will be deemed to have accepted the additional terms. The additional terms will be made available to you on our website or via email from time to time.
Applicants must reside in the UK and be aged 18 years or over. Your application for a Card is subject to our acceptance which may be refused at our sole discretion.
The Standard Card is free of charge and can be obtained at our pub(s) bod(s) or brewery shop. It is not a credit or charge card and remains the property of Titanic Brewery together with any coupons or vouchers issued by us in connection with the Card Scheme.
The Standard Card must be registered prior to use. Registering can be done by going into a pub or bod and picking up a new Card and receiving an activation code on the bottom of your receipt. The Standard Card must be registered and activated on our website at https://www.titanicbrewery.co.uk/loyalty/ by opening an account by providing your email address along with your card number and activation code. Should you encounter any issues registering your Standard Card please contact us at loyaltycard@titanicbrewery.co.uk.
You must ensure that the information that you enter when registering your Card is complete and accurate and you must update your personal details from time to time on your online Cardholder account and where this is not possible, you shall keep us informed of any changes to your personal or membership details by contacting us by email at loyaltycard@titanicbrewery.co.uk.
You are entitled to one Standard Card on your account. You are entitled to only have one account at any one time unless upgrading to a First Class Card see clause 1.8. We reserve the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
You may cancel your Card at any time by e-mailing us at loyaltycard@titanicbrewery.co.uk, but if you do so, you will forfeit the right to any points that have accumulated on the card that have not been used. We may ask you to return or destroy the card.
The Standard Card, points, accounts, vouchers cannot be transferred or traded, bought or sold in any way unless in accordance with clause 1.8.
Should you wish to upgrade from a Standard Card to a First Class Card, then you must go to one of our pubs or bod café bars and pay the Subscription Fee outlined at clause 2.1 and registered in accordance with clause 2.8. We will make transfer the reward points accrued on the Standard Card to the new First Class Card within 5 working days. Once we have transferred the reward points, we will close the Standard Card account. Please ensure you read and understand the terms below in relation to your new First Class Card.
Getting and using your First Class Card (Applicable to the first Class Card Only)
The subscription starts on the date that you purchase your First Class Card and will continue, unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, for a period of 12 months (“Initial Period“). Should you choose to renew your subscription this will continue for 12 monthly terms each time you choose to renew (“Renewal Periods“)
within the month your subscription is due to expire. You can renew your First Class Card by going into one of our pubs or bod café bars and paying your Subscription Fee. We recommend that you keep the receipt of any Subscription Fee as proof of purchase.
If you choose not to renew your First Class Card, you can transfer your points to a Standard Card, by going into one of our pubs or bod café bars and confirm you would like the reward points to be transfer. The points will be transferred within 5 working days. Please ensure you read and understand the terms above in relation to your new Standard Card and activated your Standard Card as outlined in clause 1.
If you fail to renew your First Class Card in time, upon expiry you will lose the use, benefits or offers provided by having the First Class Card. Any reward points will remain on that expired First Class Card in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The First Class Card is not a credit or charge card and remains the property of Titanic Brewery together with any coupons or vouchers issued by us in connection with the Card Scheme.

You are entitled to one First Class Card on your account, and you are entitled to register only one account. We reserve the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
You may cancel your First Class Card at any time, but if you do so, you will forfeit the right to any points and other rewards that have accumulated on the First Class Card that have not been used. We may ask you to return or destroy the Card.
If you do cancel your First Class Card, you will not be entitled to a refund of the Subscription Fee or any proportion of it.
The First Class Card reward points, accounts, vouchers must not be transferred or traded and must not be bought or sold or traded in any way.
Subject to section 2.15 below, if we cancel your First Class Card we will refund you the remaining Subscription Fee on a pro-rata basis for the then current Initial Period or Renewal Period.
We reserve the right to add, change or remove any of the benefits of the First Class Card at any time. We will provide you with 30 days’ notice in writing before any such change.
Reward points can be accrued and redeemed against certain purchases made at our pubs and bods. You cannot accrue or redeem points against any purchases online with either Card.
Standard Card Cardholders will receive 3 reward points for every whole pound (£) spent when the card is scanned at the point of sale.
First Class Card Cardholders will receive 4 reward points for every whole pound (£) spent when the card is scanned at the point of sale and £1 off qualifying Titanic Brewery products purchased at our pubs and bods detailed in section 3.8 every week. This £1 cannot be carried over to the next week or accumulate.
Each reward point is worth £0.01 (1 reward point = £0.01).
The reward points will be earned at the time of purchase, provided the Card is presented at the point of sale. If the loyalty machine is not working, you should still be able to accrue reward points but will not be able to redeem points against the current transaction and we shall have no liability in this event.
If you do not present your Card at the time of purchase, we cannot add reward points to your account at a later date.
Reward points will accrue on the entire purchase of qualifying items. Qualifying items include purchases made with one of our pubs or bod café bars, except where other promotions or offers may apply. If this is case, it will be stipulated in the terms and conditions of that other promotion or offer.

A Card can hold an unlimited amount of reward points.
When using your reward points to make part of a full payment, the desired amount of reward points can be put towards it.
We will not exchange reward points for cash and reserve the right to remove any reward points from the Cardholder’s account if the if the Cardholder has not redeemed or earnt any points over the previous 2 years.
We are entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.
We reserve the right to reject any Cards that have become unreadable and also to refuse to redeem any reward points which have been acquired by theft, fraud or any other means which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions, and the terms and conditions of any applicable promotion.
Employees of Titanic Brewery Co Limited and their relatives can only secure reward points on personal purchases.
General (Applicable to both Card SchemeS)
The Standard Card or First Class Card is your responsibility whilst it is in your possession. We cannot be held responsible for unauthorised use of the card, or your account or for any reward points lost as a result of failure by you to keep the card or account safe. Photocopies or images of the Card or Card and account numbers will not be accepted.
We can terminate or withdraw your account, the Card and/or the Card Scheme, points, coupons in whatever form, at any time on prior written notice to you. We can also change these terms and conditions or operation of any Card Scheme.
You can only be in one of our two Card Schemes at any one time.
The Card Schemes are only for personal and consumer use. The Card Schemes cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose.
We will use or authorise the use of your information for the following purposes: tTo process your registration; to respond to your queries or requests; to administer your account and otherwise to undertake any of our obligations to you; tTo analyse your purchase history; and, only where your prior consent has been obtained, to send you details of products, services or promotions which may be of interest to you. In addition, in order to provide you with your card as well as other associated services, it may be necessary for your information to be passed on to a third party that will assist Titanic Brewery. It is your responsibility to advise Titanic Brewery of a change to your personal details.
Your attention is also drawn to the Privacy Policy concerning the website (including your online account), which can be found on this website and which shall apply to your use of the website (including your online account).
We shall not be responsible or held liable for any default or event arising directly or indirectly from any cause or event beyond our control.
The Card, reward points or account, are only transferable (unless permitted by these terms and conditions), cannot be copied and can only be used by the Cardholder who is named and registered for the card.
Please notify us of any lost or stolen cards at the address at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
These terms and conditions replace all previous versions and are correct as of April 2022 are governed and construed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We will contact you by email within 30 days of you registering for one of our Card Schemes to invite you to join our mailing list. If you change your mind you can opt out of receiving updates from Titanic Brewery by emailing loyaltycard@titanicbrewery.co.uk. .

Titanic Loyalty App Privacy Policy
The Titanic Brewery mobile application is owned and operated by The Titanic Brewery Ltd, who
are the controller of all stored data.
PepperHQ Ltd operate as a processor of data for The Titanic Brewery App.
This policy, together with our MOBILE APP TERMS OF USE, explain how we may use information we collect about you, as well as your rights over any personal information we hold about you. Please read this policy and our MOBILE TERMS OF USE carefully.
Information we collect about you through The Titanic Brewery App.
We collect information about you when you:
- register to use The Titanic Brewery App;
- attempt to check in to our stores;
- upload a profile photo, and
This information is collected, stored and processed under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, “processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract" i.e. We need this data for you to be able to use the App for it's primary purposes.
Using your information
Collecting personal information in The Titanic Brewery App (name, email address, date of birth) helps us to better understand what you need from us.
We use your information to:
- improve the functionality and performance of The Titanic Brewery App;
- personalise our services to you;
- tell you about important changes to The Titanic Brewery App and related services, and
- manage promotions, competitions, customer surveys and questionnaires.
Your personal information is safe with us and will never be released to third party companies for marketing purposes.
The Titanic Brewery App captures your geographic location when you attempt to "check in" to one of our stores. We do this to identify which store you are in or near to allow you to pay using
The Titanic Brewery App, and to provide an enhanced visitor experience (for example, through digital loyalty cards). We will only capture this information with your consent. The Titanic Brewery App also captures basic usage metrics to help us identify any problems and to make improvements in the future. These metrics also help us understand how people use The Titanic
Brewery App and how many people use the different functions within The Titanic Brewery App.
Your contact details and personal information may be used to send direct marketing messages to you via your contact details provided. This is done only with your explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time from the 'MyAccount' options within the app. You may refuse consent for marketing messages without detriment to any other areas of functionality within the
app.
Information We Capture
Geographic location
We provide enhanced store visit experiences when you choose to pay using The Titanic Brewery App. You may prevent The Titanic Brewery App from accessing your device's location services, or turn off the location services of your Mobile Device. Doing so will impact the capability of The Titanic Brewery App and prevent you from enjoying an enhanced experience.
Data you share with us (Including information you give us when signing up, and information which is shared automatically, such as Device ID, and IP address)
We use this data to log you in to The Titanic Brewery App and it helps us understand our customers better and present you with appropriate offers and promotions. Your data is stored in an encrypted database and transferred over a secure network connection. You decide which data you do and do not share with us. If you ask us to, we will update, correct or delete any data which you give to us.
Your profile photo
Your profile photo is used in store to verify your identity. If you ask us to, we will update, correct or delete your profile photo. However, you must have a profile photo if you wish to use The Titanic Brewery App to pay for your purchases in-store.
Your purchase history
We use your purchase history to provide personalised offers and analyse which products and rewards are most likely to interest you.
Data storage, protection and your right to access and erasure
Your data is stored in an encrypted database and transferred over secure network connections. We will store your information for as long as your account exists in The Titanic Brewery App. If you ask us to, or if you delete your account, we will delete the information linked to your account which can identify you personally, including your profile photo and personal details. You may ask us, at any time, to provide to you confirmation that your data is being processed and access to your personal data. This will generally be provided within 7-21 working days.
Marketing and research
If you agree, we may contact you:
- with offers and information about The Titanic Brewery products or services.
- for customer research, e.g. to help improve our service.
You can ask us to stop contacting you for marketing and/or research purposes by following the instructions in any such communication or by emailing us at loyaltycard@titanicbrewery.co.uk
Disclosing your information
We will never disclose your information to anyone outside of The Titanic Brewery Ltd except:
- Where we have your consent
- Where we are required or permitted to do so by law
- To other companies who provide a service to us as a processor under the terms of this privacy policy
- To any successors in title to our business.
If we ever transfer your personal information to countries outside the European Economic Area we will ensure that appropriate security measures are taken.
