Q. When is the brewery shop open?
A. The shop is open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturdays 9am – 1pm
Q. Do you have a function room?
A. Yes, we have our Sample Room venue which is at the brewery on Callender Place in Burslem.
Q. What events can be held at the Sample Room?
A. The Sample Room can host a range of events from brewery tours, private parties, meetings and more.
Q. How do I enquire and/or book the Sample Room?

Q. I’m interested in having a private tour, how do these work and how would I book in?
A. If you have a group of 15 or more friends, private tours around the brewery together and exclusively can be arranged — specific arrangements can be discussed when you call to make your booking. Our private tours included everything you get on a normal tour but with the place to yourselves. If you wanted to do something different, we will try our best to accommodate your requests so please do let us know your ideas by giving us a call on 01782 823447 or email us on tours@titanicbrewery.co.uk.
Q. Where can I get Titanic beer in my local area?
A. This is dependent upon where you live. We deliver quite far ourselves, however if you are located outside of our delivery area we have various other routes into the market so it is likely your local might be able to get our Titanic beers on way or another.
If your local wants to stock Titanic beers, please let us know by emailing us on orders@titanicbrewery.co.uk.
Q. I’ve just ordered from your website, how long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. We use a courier to deliver our items, therefore in the main, your items should arrive in a few days if you place your order before 12noon. Please note, bank holidays and Christmas will affect deliveries, please contact us if you would like to find out about deliveries around these periods.

Q. Do parcels need to be signed for?
A. Yes, our couriers require a signature for deliveries from us, please do bear this in mind when placing your order. If a delivery has been attempted and failed as there wasn’t anyone in to sign for the items, you will be carded and another delivery will be attempted on another day. If your delivery is failed on two different occasions, the courier will send the parcels back to us and another delivery charge will need to be paid before we resend the order out. If you have a place in which the driver can access and leave items safely, please do include this in ‘delivery instructions’ so we can advise the couriers where to leave items if you aren’t in.
Q. What’s your returns policy?
A. Our returns policy is simple! Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is defective or you’ve had a change of heart, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. Q. I’m looking to order some beer for a private event/party, how do I go about this?
A. We're able to supply beer for private events and parties in a variery of different ways, including bottles, kegs and casks. The best solution for you will depend on the nature of the event, what facilities the venue has, and how many people you're looking to cater for.
